Bodywork

All body panels are hand made in 16 swg aluminium, traditionally hand wheeled, gas welded and hand riveted. The cycle-type front and rear wings are also formed by hand wheeling, the edges of the wings and cockpit are all hand wired. Before fixing to the chassis, the panels are painted inside and out and they are fixed to the frame by stainless steel body keys which are then lock wired together. The bonnet hinge is stainless steel and the whole bonnet is easily removed for access to the engine.

All bright work can be finished in either chrome or nickel.

Cockpit & Trim

The instruments are 5 and 2.5 inch diameter dials including rev counter, speedometer, oil pressure, engine temperature, fuel and a clock. All dials are reproduction Bugatti style.

All instruments, switches and controls are mounted in an engine turned aluminium double bulkhead Bugatti style dashboard.

The foot pedals are cast aluminium Bugatti style. The gear lever is of stainless steel topped by a chromed gear lever knob.

The aero screen and racing rear view mirror are Bugatti style.

All weather gear

The seats are trimmed in a leather of your choice, together with the arm rests and the central prop shaft cover.

The tonneau cover, driver and passenger side screens can be in either double duck or vinyl. The car will be finished in a two pack paint in the colour of your choice.
